Essex Steam Train and Riverboat

Chester

Chester is a historic town along the Connecticut River. The downtown area offers a variety of 19th century shops and restaurants that will make you feel like you’ve been transported back in time.  View map and address

Goodspeed Opera House

The Goodspeed Opera House was originally built in 1876 and since re-opening their doors in 1963, they have produced over 250 musicals, exported 19 productions to Broadway and produced 72 world premieres! No wonder this theater is award-winning.  View map and address

Gelston House

Gillette Castle
